Located inside the Chianti region halfway between Firenze and Siena, the estate comes with its own pine wood and Mediterranean vegetation. This two-level house affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. On the sweeping grounds, there’s an infinity-edge pool, a solarium and a small greenhouse as a laundry room. Hidden away, yet very close to the nearest town centre, this estate offers eight bedrooms decorated in elegant style with colour walls in pale shades, contemporary fabrics and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. The estate includes 10.000 square meters of private gardens. The interiors include several spacious living areas, a bar and a fireplace room with sofa and chairs. A professionally equipped kitchen with a spacious pantry room and extra services on ground floor.

The interior of the property measures 400 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 14 adults and 2 children (from 2 to 9 years old). Best used for 14 people in total.
