Villa Violet is a spectacular waterfront property ingeniously designed directly on the water's edge.

Newly constructed on three levels the villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is an option of dining inside or outside. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level.

Two further en suit bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to the main terrace giving panoramic sea views. A self contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
