illa Southern Sun is located in a place called Vitaljina, approximately 45 km from city of Dubrovnik. It is located in a collection of luxury villas with lush surroundings that provide privacy and tranquillity. It offers beautiful Mediterranean surroundings where you can embrace the beautiful Croatian nature. The villa is located a short distance away from the sea should you choose to experience the beautiful Croatian sea and pebble beaches.

The villa is ideal for a larger family, or a group of friends, with the vast collection of activities available. There is an outdoor badminton court and private pool with jacuzzi features. Indoors you will find a pool table, darts and PlayStation3 console. For those who love to cook and want to embrace traditional Croatian methods of cooking, you will find an indoor and outdoor stone fire and a traditional bread oven.

Inside the villa you will find a mixture of traditional and modern furnishings, with ample space to relax and make yourself at home. In the basement there is a tavern with full bar, oven and seating area. Upstairs there is a kitchen and dining area as well as 2 separate sitting areas for you to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and the dining area can comfortably fit in all guests, or there is further dining space outdoors.

Inside the villa there are also 4 fully air conditioned double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa can comfortably fit 8 guests. The bedrooms are comfortable and homely, with modern furnishings and windows that look out onto the picturesque surroundings. The bathrooms are also furnished with modern amenities with either luxury showers or jacuzzi baths.
