Our Villa Gioia is located in the small and quiet village of Vabriga on the western coast of Istria. The hustle and bustle of the tourist heart of Istria, Porec and the picturesque, hilly landscapes of the region are only a few minutes’ drive away. Also the clear, dark blue water of the Adriatic Sea with its vivid stone beaches awakes holiday feelings and is only a few minutes' walk away.


As its name suggests, Villa Gioia is a reason to be happy! The privacy offered by the swimming pool and the possibility to barbecue guarantee you a relaxing stay, from which you will return home with a feeling of serenity and happiness. The modern and high-quality furnishings and the light-flooded rooms convey a cozy atmosphere and make your vacation a unique experience.
The spacious ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and an open plan living room with direct access to the private outdoor area. There is a swimming pool to cool off during the hot midday sun and a barbecue area with seating for family dinners in the open air. Also located on the ground floor is a guest toilet with a separate shower.

On the first floor of the villa are the two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both rooms present themselves with modern and high-quality furnishings and through the high windows there is enough light from sunrise to sunset. There is a covered parking space in the closed courtyard.

Satellite TV, WIFI and modern air conditioning are available in all living areas.

Upon request and at an additional charge dogs are also welcome in our Villa Gioia.
