Our Villa Ginevra is located in the small and quiet village of Vabriga on the western coast of Istria. The hustle and bustle of the tourist heart of Istria, Porec and the picturesque, hilly landscapes of the region are only a few minutes’ drive away. Also the clear, dark blue water of the Adriatic Sea with its vivid stone beaches awakes holiday feelings and is only a few minutes' walk away.


As you approach Villa Ginevra you will notice the imposing façade, which impresses with its stone cladding. The Mediterranean atmosphere of Villa Ginevra with its intertwined branches of old olive trees is unique! A harmonious combination of traditional materials and modern architecture awaits you. Enjoy a picturesque barbecue dinner by the azure swimming pool with sundeck or relax on the shaded terrace on the upper floor, which is reachable directly from the garden. Nothing stands in the way of a luxurious holiday in the middle of beautiful Istria!

The outdoor area convinces with an azure blue swimming pool with sun deck such as a semi-shade barbecue area ideal for preparing and eating fresh food.

The style of the living room is reminiscent of the interior of a luxury yacht. This comfortable and open room leads into the kitchen, which is equipped with a large and functional kitchen island. The kitchen is extended by a modern dining room. The ground floor is equipped with a guest toilet and a bedroom with "en suite" bathroom in addition to the living area.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one of which is the spacious "Master Bedroom". This offers a large bathroom with bathtub and a terrace with private access to the swimming pool and sun deck via stairs. On the top floor there is a hidden recreation area - a rooftop terrace with a chill-out corner and a beautiful panoramic view.

Satellite TV, WIFI, and modern air conditioning are available in all living areas. Furthermore 4 bicycles are available in our Villa Ginevra.
