Villa Carlotta is located in the small and quiet village of Tal-Vabriga on the western coast of Istria. The hustle and bustle of the tourist heart of Istria, Porec and the picturesque, hilly landscapes of the region are only a few minutes’ drive away. Also the clear, dark blue water of the Adriatic Sea with its vivid stone beaches awakes holiday feelings and is only a few minutes' walk away.


Our Villa Carlotta provides everything you need for your perfect relaxing holiday. Swim in the fantastic swimming pool, relax on one of the two covered terraces or prepare Istrian fish specialties on the stone grill. Nothing stands in the way of an unforgettable holiday with family and friends!

If you wish to prepare food outdoors, you can use the large terrace with dining table and stone grill. If you want to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet by unwinding and reading a good book, head for the covered terrace, which is equipped with a comfortable seating area.

If it does get too hot outside, this wonderful villa offers you maximum comfort in the air-conditioned interior. Sea motives decorate the rooms, so that a Mediterranean atmosphere can be felt at any moment.

Villa Carlotta offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large and open living area. The villa and the adjoining garden are ideal for a social gathering with family and friends, wether for playing board games or various sports activities. Our Villa even offers 4 bicycles. For maximum comfort and privacy, the garden is bordered by a high hedge to the surrounding buildings.

Upon request and at an additional charge dogs are also welcome in our Villa Carlotta.
