The property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children (2-9 years old), best used for a total of 10 guests.

The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area, an eat-in well-equipped kitchen, a secondary kitchen, a bar area with wines, a gym, a private SPA, and a master suite. The interior of the property measures 660 square meters divided in 468 Sq.Mt. (Main Villa) and 192 Sq.Mt. (Annex).

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a contemporary style with stone, terracotta floors, quality washed wooden boards and marbles. Vaulted wood-beamed ceilings lend a rustic feel to the interiors. The villa is set around a series of courtyards with a barbecue area and vegetable gardens, featuring two terraces for al fresco living. Contemporary yet very comfortable, this is a one-of-a-kind retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.
